Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Planned to undergo painless gastroscopy; 2.Aged 18–65 years; 3.American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) grade I–II; 4.Body mass index (BMI) between 28–39.9 kg/m^2; 5.Provided signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency (e.g., heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease); 2.Allergies to anesthetics such as ciprofol or opioids; 3.Pregnancy or lactation; 4.Severe mental illness or inability to cooperate with researchers; 5.History of substance addiction or drug abuse.
