Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Patients diagnosed with type A aortic dissection through clinical and imaging criteria and undergoing surgical treatment. 2: Age >18 years old. 3: Understand and accept this clinical study and be willing to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Preoperative tracheal intubation, coma or history of severe cerebral infarction (with sequelae). 2: Inflammatory dissection such as Takayasu arteritis and Behcet's disease. 3: Trauma or infection-induced dissection. 4: Pregnant or lactating women.
