Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for AGA in Chinese Clinical Dermatology; 2. Male 18~45 years old; 3. Adopt basic and specific type (BASP) grading method, which meets the light and moderate AGA; 4. No treatment has been taken in the past 3 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Hair follicles have atrophied under trichoscopy; 2.Have other skin conditions; 3.People allergic to minoxidil; 4.Long-term oral antiplatelet drugs or ongoing anticoagulation-related therapy; 5.Other systemic or mental diseases or infectious diseases; 6.Patients with a history of PRF/PRP/ micronedle /CO2 dot matrix laser/low energy laser/finasteride tablet/minoxidil use within 3 months before the first visit, or who have used drugs related to hair loss but are not clear; 7.Preparing for pregnancy.
