Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Based on the history of neck trauma, clinical manifestations such as neck or posterior neck pain, neck stiffness, and corresponding neurological symptoms, as well as X-ray and CT scans showing fractures at the base of the odontoid process with transverse fracture lines, A definite diagnosis of Anderson type IIA odontoid process fracture is made; 2.Aged between 20 and 80 and having signed the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.X-ray and CT scans suggest that the fracture displacement is greater than 5mm or the angulation is greater than 10°; 2.Combined spinal canal stenosis; 3.Combined fractures of adjacent sites, such as comminuted fractures of the atlantoaxial joint on one or both sides, are consistent with unstable Jefferson fractures; 4.Combined with refractory atlantoaxial dislocation; 5.There are severe internal diseases in combination, such as heart failure, etc; 6.There is a history of spinal diseases in the past, such as spinal tuberculosis and spinal tumors;
