Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All surgical cases under anesthesia monitoring at West China Hospital, Sichuan University; 2. Patients with complete perioperative electronic medical records (covering preoperative assessment, intraoperative vital signs monitoring, and postoperative recovery data).
