18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants with pathologically confirmed stage II-III colorectal cancer; 2. Those who have undergone radical surgery (R0 resection); 3. Aged 18-80 years, with no history of other malignant tumors; 4. Complete basic information, including: gender, age, family history, etc.; 5.Able to cooperate with Septin9, CEA, and CT tests; 6.Have signed the informed consent form and can accept long-term follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy administered (to avoid the impact of treatment on methylation status); 2. Complicated with severe hepatic or renal insufficiency, or other chronic diseases affecting survival;
