Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with early or late secondary lymphedema. 2.The results of lymphangiography showed that the patient's lymphatic system condition was suitable for performing ultra microscopic lymphatic vein anastomosis (LVA) surgery. 3.The patient understands the purpose and process of the study and is willing to participate in the entire research process, including preoperative evaluation, surgery, postoperative evaluation, and follow-up. 4.Gender, race, and socio-economic status of patients are not considered as restrictive conditions for inclusion to ensure the broad applicability of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are allergic to lymphatic contrast agents or surgical anesthetics. 2.The results of lymphangiography showed that the patient's lymphatic system condition was not suitable for LVA surgery. 3.Patients with severe heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, or other major illnesses that may affect the safety of surgery or postoperative recovery. 4.Pregnant or lactating women. 5.Patients who are unable to understand the purpose and process of the research, or who are unable to cooperate in completing the entire research process.
