Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for the experimental group: a. Age: 18 -80 years old; b. Underwent radical surgical treatment for pancreatic space-occupying lesions in our hospital; c. No antibiotic treatment was received within three months before the operation; d. Postoperative pathology confirmed it as pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma; e. No perioperative deaths; f. The patient gave informed consent to the research protocol. Inclusion criteria for the control group: a. Age: 18 -80 years old; b. No antibiotic treatment was received within three months before the operation; c. Informed consent of the patient himself/herself/the patient's family members. d. Patients with peripancreatic diseases who need to have their healthy and normal pancreas removed simultaneously;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for the experimental group: a. Confirmed to have digestive tract diseases such as peptic ulcers, inflammatory bowel disease, and gastroesophageal reflux; b. The follow-up data of the patients is incomplete; c. The patient withdrew from the research program halfway for various reasons. Exclusion criteria for the control group: a. Confirmed to have digestive tract diseases such as peptic ulcers, inflammatory bowel disease, and gastroesophageal reflux; b. Presence of systemic diseases or tumor diseases throughout the body; c. The follow-up data of the patients is incomplete; d. Healthy pancreatic control source: Pancreatic injury or disease caused by trauma/disease; e. The patient/the patient's family members withdrew from the research program halfway for various reasons.
