Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.18 years old<=age <=80 years old 2. First cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction with unilateral upper limb motor dysfunction 3. Patients who have had lacunar cerebral infarction without sequelae 4. The diagnosis is in line with the key points of diagnosis of various major cerebrovascular diseases in China in 2019 5. 1 week <=This onset time =6 months 6. Brunnstrom grade phase III to V of affected limb 7. The patient signed or his immediate relative signed an informed consent letter on his behalf

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Unclear consciousness, MMSE scale evaluation suggests dementia, combined with sensory aphasia, mental disorders, severe visual disorders and other diseases, and hospitalized patients who cannot cooperate with examination and treatment. 2.Patients with serious primary diseases such as heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system 3.Past history of cognitive impairment, neuropsychiatric history, drug abuse and alcohol abuse 4.Uncontrollable epilepsy, stroke patients with important organ failure or critical condition, and cancer, etc., have an impact on the quality of life of patients than on the patient's limb dysfunction after stroke or status. 5.Those with metal implants in the upper limbs and skull 6.Subluxation of the affected shoulder joint on the affected side 7.Pregnancy 8.Another study on stroke recovery was enrolled at the same time 9.Those who cannot complete the basic treatment course, may have poor compliance (i.e., cannot insist on treatment) and those who are difficult to follow up.
