Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Schizophrenia Group :(1) Age 15-45 years, regardless of gender; (2) Screened using the MINI 7.0 and meeting the diagnostic criteria for current schizophrenia; (3) Non-refractory schizophrenia (failed to respond to two or more prior antipsychotic medications); (4) Junior high school education or higher, able to understand and cooperate with all examinations and assessments; (5) Informed consent signed by the subject and/or the subject's family member or guardian. 2.Depression with psychotic symptoms group: (1) Age 15-45 years, regardless of gender; (2) Screened using the Mini-International Neuropsychiatric Interview (MINI) 7.0 based on the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (5th edition) (DSM-5), meeting the diagnostic criteria for depression with psychotic symptoms; (3) Score >= 8 on the 17 items of the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale; (4) Junior high school education or above, able to understand and cooperate with all examinations and assessments; (5) Informed consent signed by the subject and/or the subject's family or guardian; 3.Healthy control group: (1) Aged 15-45 years, regardless of gender; (2) Healthy individuals who do not meet the criteria for any Axis I or Axis II disease diagnosis using the MINI 7.0 screening and have no family history of mental illness in two or three generations; (3) Junior high school education or above, who can understand and cooperate with all examinations and assessments; (4) Informed consent signed by the subject and/or the subject's family member or guardian (if the subject is a minor).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Comorbidity with other mental disorders; 2. Severe heart, liver, kidney, or nervous system disease or visual or hearing impairment; 3. History of alcohol or drug abuse in the past 12 months or alcohol or drug dependence in the past 6 months; 4. Significant acute extrapyramidal symptoms (such as acute dystonia); 5. Score of 1 or higher on any two of items 2, 3, 4, and 9 of the Simpson-Angus Extrapyramidal Symptom Rating Scale (SAS); 6. Score of 2 or higher on any one of items 1-4 of the Abnormal Involuntary Movement Scale (AMIS) (assessing facial and oral movements).
