20 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female, >= 20 years with a history of sexual activity and unremarkable childbirth history 2. Clinically suspected or diagnosed with FPFD

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous pelvic floor surgery history, acute pelvic inflammation, postpartum hemorrhage, or persistent postpartum lochia 2. Severe cardiopulmonary diseases that prevent cooperation with the Valsalva maneuver 3. Pregnancy or pelvic malignant tumors 4. Cognitive impairment that hinders cooperation with the examination
