Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy Participants: (1) Aged >=18 years; (2)Normal cognitive and motor function, capable of comprehending and executing experimenter instructions. 2.Stroke Patients: (1) First-ever stroke with radiologically confirmed unilateral subcortical lesion (MRI/CT); (2)>=4 days post-stroke (when rehabilitation motivation typically declines), in subacute or chronic phase; (3) Preserved passive flexion/extension of shoulder/elbow joints but impaired active extension; (4) Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS) score<= 2 (no significant spasticity); (5) Absence of cognitive impairment, able to follow training protocols per experimenter guidance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Aphasia, severe cognitive impairment, or major depressive disorder; 2.Unstable medical conditions including orthostatic hypotension, sepsis, or epilepsy; 3.Hemispatial neglect or severe visual impairment; 4.Upper limb spasticity with Modified Ashworth Scale score >2 in shoulder, elbow, or wrist/hand; 5.Dysfunction or failure of major organs (cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal); 6.Presence of pacemakers, intracranial metal implants, or cranial defects; 7.Severe cervical spine pathology including cervical spinal stenosis or instability.
