Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meeting the diagnostic criteria specified in Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke; 2.Having received intravenous thrombolysis; 3.Having undergone CTP examination and 24-hour blood pressure monitoring; 4.Having complete clinical data;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.A history of previous stroke; 2.Patients with severe dysfunction of heart, liver, kidney, lung, or coagulation function; 3.Complicated with malignant tumors;
