Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Any abnormality in the following items in the urine routine test: leukocyte esterase, nitrite, WBC (white blood cell) in urine sediment, BACT (bacteria) in urine sediment, and YLC (yeast cells) in urine sediment; 2.The patient was clinically diagnosed, and the source of the specimen was consistent with the manifestations of urinary tract infection disease.

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severely turbid specimens; 2.bloody specimens;
