Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1?Patients with secondary sternal keloids and/or scar ulcers after sternotomy, regardless of age or gender; 2? Patients who undergo surgical excision of scar lesions and undergo one-stage repair using the transfer of the fifth intercostal perforator flap of the internal thoracic artery;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1?Patients with combined sternal osteomyelitis and/or mediastinitis; 2? Patients with incomplete clinical medical records or incomplete follow-up.
