Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for BPPV: typical dizziness and nystagmus induced by postural testing Exclude other vestibular diseases. 2.Age >= 18 years old, gender not limited; 3.The clinical data is complete, including medical history, physical examination, auxiliary examinations (such as vestibular function examination), and treatment records;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with severe central vertigo diseases (such as posterior circulation ischemia and multiple sclerosis); 2.Previous history of ear surgery or trauma affecting vestibular function; 3.Key information is missing from clinical data (such as the type of affected semicircular canal not being recorded);
