Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Employees of Lishui People's Hospital; (2) Aged between 18 and 69 years old; (3) Without severe physical disabilities and being able to communicate normally; (4) Willing to participate voluntarily and cooperate with long-term regular follow-up in the cohort study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals diagnosed with coronary heart disease, heart failure, stroke, malignant tumors, decompensated liver cirrhosis, stage 4 or higher chronic kidney disease or uremia, dementia or cognitive impairment, or a history of cardiac surgery; (2) Pregnant women or those planning to conceive; (3) Individuals without independent mobility.
