Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)women with HRP which is classified as level of "yellow,""orange,""red," and "purple" according to Guidelines for Risk Assessment and Management of Pregnancy-Related Risks (National Health and Family Planning Commission of the People's Republic of China, 2017); (2)age>=18 years old; (3)gestational age >= 28 weeks; (4)be informed consent and ability to co-operate with the questionnaires.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)women with a pre-existing diagnosis of pre-conception PTSD or severe psychiatric disorders; (2)complications due to trauma or accidents unrelated to pregnancy; (3)inability to participate in follow-up; (4)language barriers preventing comprehension of the questionnaires.
