Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for elective surgery under general anesthesia, aged 65-80 years (no gender restriction); 2. Body mass index (BMI) 19–28 kg/m²; 3. ASA physical status ?–?; 4. All participants voluntarily signed informed consent forms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute heart failure, unstable angina, or myocardial infarction within the past 6 months; 2. Pre-induction baseline values: systolic blood pressure >160 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >100 mmHg; 3. Acute respiratory infection, acute exacerbation of COPD, or poorly controlled asthma; 4. End-stage renal failure or hepatic decompensation; 5. Psychiatric disorders including: schizophrenia, depression, cognitive dysfunction, etc. 6. Known hypersensitivity to the study drugs; 7. History of benzodiazepine use within the last 3 months; 8. Pregnant or lactating women; 9. Anticipated difficult airway.
