Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for multiple myeloma in the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Multiple Myeloma Patients 2022"; 2. Age>=18 years old, <=70 years old; 3. EOCG score 0~2 points; 4. Patients living with their partners or family members; 5. Good language expression and comprehension skills; 6. Know their own condition and agree to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with movement, communication, and consciousness disorders; 2. Patients with spinal cord compression, unstable fractures, high risk of venous thrombosis, history of fracture within 3 months, severe peripheral neuropathy, and other serious life-threatening conditions. 3. Patients with new bone/back/neck pain; 4. Patients living alone; 5. Those who do not agree to sign the informed consent form.
