Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. gastrointestinal endoscopy with sedation; 2. Age 18-75 years old; 3. American anesthesiologist classification I-II; 4. BMI:18-28kg/m^2; 5. The estimated duration of the surgery is less than 1 hour.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Lesions or injuries in the oral and pharyngeal cavities; 2. Severe pulmonary disease, poor lung compliance, asthma, or severe tracheal stenosis; 3. Respiratory tract obstruction; 4. Patients who are at risk of severe bleeding during surgery and who are prone to reflux and aspiration; 5. Other contraindications for jet ventilation;
