Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly patients (aged = 60 years) admitted with a diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome (ACS) to the Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University between January 2022 and December 2023.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with missing data on peripheral blood counts or mortality were excluded; 2.Complete blood count (CBC) results collected outside 48-hour window were also excluded; 3.Patients who do not consent to participate in this study.
