Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with preoperative pain combined with elective or emergency surgery 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical condition grade I–III 3. 18 years old< = age< = 80 years old 4. Volunteer to participate and be able to understand and sign the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who cannot complete gastric ultrasound for various reasons 2. Patients with abnormal gastrointestinal anatomy (such as history of gastrointestinal surgery, history of chronic or acute gastritis, etc.) 3. Patients who cannot accurately express pain feelings (such as cognitive impairment, language impairment, etc.) 4. Pregnant women 5. Unable to cooperate with the study for any reason or the investigator believes that it is not suitable to be included in this trial
