18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Definitive diagnosis of pulmonary nodule(s) by chest CT, with nodule size ranging from 1.5 to 3 cm; 2. Patient intolerance to conventional surgical treatment due to advanced age, poor cardiopulmonary function, multiple nodules, and other factors; 3. Pathological examination confirming a definitive diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Tumor adjacent to the pulmonary hilum or major blood vessels; 2. Presence of malignant pleural effusion or metastasis to other sites; 3. Lesion size >3 cm or <1.5 cm; 4. Contraindications to microwave ablation; 5. History of immune-mediated diseases; 6. Postoperative pathological diagnosis confirming benign lesions or non-adenocarcinoma malignancies; 7. Concurrent tumors at other sites or history of radiotherapy/chemotherapy.
