Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with scleroma need to meet the inclusion criteria of 123, and those with systemic sclerosis must meet the inclusion criteria of 124. 1. Age 18~60 years old, male or female. 2. Patients voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form. 3. The diagnostic criteria for spora are based on the diagnosis and classification criteria of spora at the 2004 Padua Consensus Conference in Italy. 4 Diagnostic criteria for systemic sclerosis are based on the 2013 American College of Rheumatology/European League Against Rheumatism Systemic Sclerosis criteria.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Current symptoms and signs suggestive of an infection; 2. Patients with malignant tumors; 3. Patients known to have HIV, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, or other immune disorders
