Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pass the medical examination; 2. Over 18 years old; 3. Have not systematically participated in physical training in the past three months; 4. No motor function disorder; 5. Can ensure the completion of all project contents; 6. Be able to maintain effective communication with researchers; 7. Voluntarily participate and sign a written informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Motor function disorder; 2. Past medical history, including: history of mental health disorders, history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, history of chronic lung diseases, history of gastrointestinal diseases, history of metabolic disorders, history of infectious diseases, history of major surgeries or trauma; 3. Physical factors that prevent compliance with the requirements of the research program; 4. Poor compliance with the research procedures; 5. Participated in other research projects within the previous three months before enrollment;
