Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Intracranial vertebral basilar artery stenosis (>70%) confirmed by digital subtraction angiography (DSA) and no severe internal carotid artery stenosis. 2. Received vertebro-basilar artery percutaneous stent placement. 3. Ability to complete clinical and neuropsychological assessments.ts.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude those with serious heart, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases; 2. Exclude other central nervous system conditions that may cause cognitive decline, such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, Huntington's disease, subdural hematoma, normal cranial pressure hydrocephalus, brain tumors, etc.; 3. Exclude systemic diseases that can lead to cognitive impairment, such as hypothyroidism, vitamin B or deficiency, niacin deficiency, hypocalcemia, neurosyphilis, HIV infection; 4. Eliminate cognitive dysfunction caused by mental disorders such as depression and schizophrenia; 5. Exclude those who cannot communicate normally, have hearing and vision impairments, severe movement disorders, etc., and cannot cooperate with the examination; 6. Patients who have taken antipsychotic treatment in the past month are excluded.
