Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The target population is patients with perioperative thoracic disease in multicenter thoracic surgery from November 2024 to December 2026

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy, breastfeeding; 2. Active bleeding or serious risk of bleeding; 3. Suffering from severe liver disease; 4. Severe renal insufficiency (CCR<30ml/min); 5. Contraindications to the use of natraheparin; 6. Use other anticoagulant therapy; 7. Discontinuation of anticoagulant therapy; 8. Patients with secondary malignant tumors of the lungs; 9. Patients with VTE confirmed by preoperative imaging; 10. Patients with missing information or lost to follow-up, especially those who do not have relevant imaging tests (lower extremity venous ultrasound or CTPA) after surgery.
