20 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the diagnostic criteria of stress urinary incontinence in the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of female stress urinary incontinence, the doctor further diagnosed as postpartum stress urinary incontinence; 2. age >=20 years old; 3. singleton, full-term and vaginal delivery; 4. patients with mild and moderate stress urinary incontinence; 5. clear consciousness and fluent expression; 6. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. bladder urethral trauma; 2. Severe pelvic floor muscle injury; 3. History of PFD; 4. previous history of pelvic surgery; 5. Chronic cough or constipation.
