Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients are older than 18 years old, male or female; 2. Patients diagnosed with plaque gingivitis; 3. Plaque index between 1 and 3; 4. At least 24 natural teeth on the left and right sides of the mouth; 5. The research subjects have a full understanding of the research purpose and process of this trial, and are willing to participate in this trial and sign the informed consent form; 6. All subjects have no history of allergy to the drugs used in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are taking anti-inflammatory, painkiller, and antibiotics within 2 weeks; 2. Dentin allergy; 3. Patients with known dental phobia; 4. Acute periodontal pain, pulpitis, abscess or other acute infection; 5. Undergoing orthodontic treatment; 6. Pregnancy or breastfeeding or menstrual period; 7. Periodontal treatment within 6 months; 8. Patients with a history of smoking; 9. Those with systemic diseases and coagulation dysfunction; 10. Those who have a pacemaker.
