Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Parents of preterm infants within 1 year of hospital discharge, with basic literacy skills, capable of caring for their preterm infant, free from psychiatric or psychological disorders, and who provided informed consent and voluntarily agreed to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Preterm infants with congenital or genetic conditions; 2.Families with major traumatic events occurring in the past month;
