18 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18–59 years; 2.Unilateral leg or ankle injury with significant atrophy of the ipsilateral quadriceps muscle; 3.Stable vital signs, no evident infection, and good cardiopulmonary function; 4.Resting blood pressure: systolic <150 mmHg, diastolic <90 mmHg; 5.Previously healthy, with no history of lower limb trauma or surgery, and no limb deformities; 6.Able to communicate effectively;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Multiple systemic injuries; 2.Neurological or vascular disorders affecting the innervation or blood supply of the lower limb quadriceps; 3.Poorly controlled diabetes (postprandial blood glucose >10.0 mmol/L); 4.Exercise intolerance or unstable blood pressure; 5.Long-term use of corticosteroids or other related medications;
