Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria outlined in the Clinical Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Adult Osteonecrosis of the Femoral Head (2016); 2.Aged between 18 and 60 years; 3. Willing to undergo treatment and complete follow-up assessments; 4. No contraindications or history of allergies to the trial medications; 5.Diagnosed with early-stage non-traumatic osteonecrosis of the femoral head (ONFH, Ficat stage I-II).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied by systemic immune disorders; 2. There are language and mental disorders that prevent effective cooperation; 3. Hip joint deformities, tumors, surgical history, and fracture history; 4. Inflammatory arthritis, including rheumatoid arthritis, purulent arthritis, and gouty arthritis, etc; 5. Individuals with severe abnormalities in heart, lung, liver, and kidney function, infections, and mental illnesses; 6. Patients with coagulation dysfunction; 7. Individuals who have received steroid treatment within the past 6 months or have continued exposure to high-risk factors such as alcohol and hormones; 8. Pregnant.
