Control group:Maintain original lifestyle without changing it
Resistance exercise group:Resistance exercise training 3 times a week, 45 minutes each time

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 6-12 years old; 2. Not diagnosed with scoliosis in a medical institution; 3. No history of surgical treatment in the spine area; 4. No history of wearing braces; 5. The trunk rotation angle (ATR) is between 4°-10°; 6. Subjects and their guardians sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participating in other spinal intervention projects; 2. History of neurological disease or mental illness; 3. History of fracture in the past 1 year; 4. Torso rotation angle (ATR) > 10°.
