Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.no anesthesia contraindications; 2. no history of drug allergies; 3. voluntary participation with signed informed consent forms; 4. normal hearing, speaking, reading, and writing abilities; 5.bilateral hallux valgus angle (HVA) and Meary’s angle (MA) measurements; 6.AIS patients undergoing spinal correction, bone grafting fusion, and internal fixation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. other conditions causing nausea or vomiting; 2. psychiatric disorders affecting communication; 3.severe comorbidities or diseases.
