Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with insomnia need to meet: DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for insomnia disorder; PSQI>5; age 18-65 years; Right-handed. Healthy controls need to be met: Good sleep quality in the past 3 months; PSQI<=5; age 18-65 years; Right-handed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with insomnia do not meet the diagnostic criteria for insomnia disorder; 2. Presence of any contraindications to rTMS (e.g., history of seizures, intracranial implants); 3. Other types of sleep disorders, such as narcolepsy, parasomnia, or sleep-related movement disorders; 4. History of brain surgery or traumatic brain injury; 5. Suffering from mental or neurological diseases; 6. Being pregnant; 7. Contraindications to magnetic resonance.
