Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-80 year-old; Both men and wemon; 2. Patients with cholestatic liver disease; 3. The samples stored in the biological sample bank meet the requirements of the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Merge patients with other underlying liver diseases; 2.The disadvantaged groups: include pregnant women, children, lactating women, those with mental disorders, and illiterate individuals, etc.
