Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Bladder cancer patients with complete baseline information; 2. Pathological examination: paraffin-embedded tissue staining confirming malignant bladder tumor; cases with unclear pathology clarified by immunohistochemistry (IHC) or fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH); 3. Definitive diagnosis of muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC) or high-risk non–muscle-invasive bladder cancer (HR-NMIBC), with multidisciplinary team (MDT) consensus to perform radical cystectomy and urinary diversion; 4. Age >=18 years, any gender; 5. No history of active malignancy at other sites.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients without bladder cancer or those who have not undergone radical cystectomy; 2. Patients with a history of prior cystectomy or urinary diversion surgery; 3. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, liver or renal failure, or other major diseases rendering them unfit for surgery; 4. Patients who are noncompliant with postoperative follow-up or are expected to be unable to complete study-related examinations and data collection.
