Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 18-70 years old; 2. ASA classification levels 1-3; 3. Patients who plan to undergo elective microvascular decompression surgery under general anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to vitamin B6; 2. Long term use of antiemetic drugs or glucocorticoids; 3. Pregnancy or breastfeeding; 4. Other diseases that may cause nausea and vomiting (such as hepatitis or gastric ulcers); 5. Refuse to participate in the research.
