Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 2. Age 18-60 years old; 3. Male or female is not limited; 4. People who plan to travel to a country/region with a time difference of more than 6 hours and return to the place of departure within 1 week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Experience flight time difference (more than 3 time differences) within one month before this trip; 2. Those who have taken hormones within 3 months; 3. Those who have taken oral antibiotics within 1 month; 4. Patients with acute and chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis; 5. Combined with chronic inflammatory diseases and acute infections of the intestine; 6. Those with malignant tumors or other serious diseases; 7. Pregnant and lactating women; 8. Those with heart and kidney insufficiency; 9. Mental disorders; 10. Judged by the investigator to be unsuitable for participation in this study.
