Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinically diagnosed with adhesive shoulder capsulitis; 2. Unilateral shoulder involvement; 3. The course of the disease is = 4.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of severe trauma, osteoporosis, or surgery in the shoulder (rotator cuff injury); 2. Shoulder symptoms caused by cervical spondylosis, tuberculosis, malignant tumors, and immune system diseases; 3. Previous blood diseases or platelet dysfunction syndrome, coagulation dysfunction, arteriovenous thrombosis, etc.; 4. Combined with cardiovascular, liver, kidney and other serious primary diseases; 5. Pregnant and lactating women
