Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Pathologically confirmed primary colorectal cancer after surgical resection; 2.Pathological stage II (pT3-4aN0M0) or stage III (any pT, pN1-2M0) according to the AJCC/UICC 8th edition. 3.with complete clinicopathological data; 4.underwent radical surgical resection; 5.with available formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tumor tissue blocks or high-quality slides; 6.Pathologically confirmed colorectal cancer after surgical resection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who received neoadjuvant therapy (chemoradiotherapy/targeted therapy/immunotherapy); 2.with severely missing clinicopathological or follow-up data; 3.Poor-quality tissue samples; 4.Patients with a history of other malignant tumors or synchronous/metachronous colorectal cancers.
