18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18 - 65 years old; 2. Diagnosed with compensated hepatitis B liver cirrhosis; 3. Undergoing antiviral treatment for hepatitis B, using the first-line antiviral drugs recommended in the "Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B (2022 Edition)"; 4.The patient is able to understand and voluntarily signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Has contraindications for electronic gastroscopy; 2. Platelet count 9; 6. Has experienced decompensation events (ascites, gastrointestinal bleeding, and hepatic encephalopathy) in the past; 7. Has viral hepatitis other than hepatitis B, such as hepatitis A, hepatitis C, hepatitis D, hepatitis E, and HIV infection; 8. Has been diagnosed with liver cancer; 9. Has undergone splenectomy or congenital absence of the spleen in the past; 10. Gastroscopy indicates high-risk esophageal and gastric varices; 11. Has contraindications for interferon treatment; 12.Insufficient clinical data.
