Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The diagnosis met the latest revised diagnostic criteria published in 2015 by the International Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society (MDS)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Parkinsonism syndromes caused by other etiologies (e.g., drug-induced, encephalitis, metabolic disorders, carbon monoxide poisoning, or other neurodegenerative diseases); 2. History of malignant tumors, severe chronic cardiopulmonary diseases, cerebrovascular events (e.g., cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage), or psychiatric disorders; 3. Comorbidities with severe systemic diseases or conditions affecting sleep (e.g., chronic pain disorders, persistent cough); 4. Long-term alcohol abuse, substance/drug abuse, or exposure to neurotoxic agents.
