18 Years to 99 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative chest CT manifesting as "cystic" pulmonary nodules or masses; (2) Underwent surgical treatment; (3) Pathologically diagnosed with lung cancer; (4) Understood the operational process and could communicate normally; (5) Signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Age <18 years; (2) Health status: Severe or unstable mental illness (e.g., major depression, schizophrenia, etc.); severe or unstable physical illness (e.g., heart failure, liver failure, stroke, etc.); (3) Pregnant or lactating women (urine pregnancy test required for women aged 18-55); (4) Immune function: Having autoimmune diseases; receiving immunotherapy not targeting lung cancer (excluding vaccines); receiving immunosuppressive therapy such as glucocorticoids; (5) Subjects with incomplete data or loss to follow-up.
