Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for OSAHS and be scheduled for surgical treatment; (2) Age >=18 years, any gender; (3) Surgical procedure: Uvulopalatopharyngoplasty (UPPP); (4) No preoperative use of analgesic medications; (5) Conscious, cooperative, and voluntarily participating with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of psychiatric disorders affecting treatment compliance; (2) Concurrent severe systemic diseases; (3) Patients refusing transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation/auricular acupressure.
