Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily signed informed consent form; 2. Age >= 18 years; 3. Received medical care at Nanfang Hospital, Southern Medical University between January 2020 and January 2028; 4. Histopathologically confirmed diagnosis of bladder cancer; 5. Underwent neoadjuvant therapy for bladder cancer; 6. Completed prostate-specific imaging and laboratory studies (e.g., ultrasound, MRI, CT) within 3 months prior to bladder cancer surgery;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor-quality radiographic imaging data; 2. Incomplete or missing medical records; 3. Received multiple regimens of neoadjuvant therapy for bladder cancer; 4. Deemed ineligible for participation by the Principal Investigator;
