Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Complete clinical and follow-up data: Patients have complete clinical data, including baseline demographic information, pathological data, and postoperative follow-up records, which meet the data collection and outcome assessment requirements of the study; 2. Patients underwent radical nephrectomy for the first time, with postoperative pathological diagnosis confirming primary clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC); 3. Postoperative tumour tissue samples meet testing requirements: sampling sites are located within the tumour region; tissue size and storage methods comply with immunohisto-chemical testing standards; sample collection does not affect the patient's future clinical treatment or use in other studies.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of primary malignant tumours in other organs; 2. Received anticancer treatment prior to surgery, including chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy; 3. Death during follow-up due to non-tumour-related causes, such as accidents or cardiovascular events; 4. Failure to receive standardised treatment or follow-up after surgery: including failure to follow guidelines for postoperative management, interrupted follow-up, or discontinuation of treatment for non-medical reasons.
