18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score=8(speech function scored as 1 point for tracheostomized patients) 2. Diagnosed with stroke confirmed by imaging, with unilateral lesions 3. The onset time is greater than 2 weeks; 4. Age range: 18–70 years, gender not restricted. 5. Minimum education level of primary school 6. No use of antiepileptic or sedative medications within the past month 7. No severe organ failure, with normal cardiac and pulmonary function 8. No severe brain atrophy or significant cerebral edema.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of neurological or psychiatric disorders, 2. History of stroke or traumatic brain injury, 3. Pregnancy or history of tumors, 4. Eye trauma, retinal lesions, and fundus lesions; 5. History of hearing impairments, 6. Implantation of pacemaker or severe arrhythmia.
