Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Construction and validation of the multi-parameter monitor critical alarm identification model in the cardiovascular surgery intensive care unit Inclusion criteria: (1) Multi-parameter monitor was used for disease monitoring; (2) Patients or their legal representatives voluntarily participated in the study with informed consent. 2. Semi-Structured Interview Study Participants were selected from clinical nursing, nursing management, and medical management experts, as well as information engineers and medical equipment engineers at Xiangya Hospital and the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University. The inclusion criteria were: (1). Professional Title: Associate senior title or higher; (2). Work Experience: =10 years in the profession or =5 years in management; (3) Informed consent and voluntary participation. 3. Focus Group Discussions on Developing Intelligent Alarm Management Intervention Strategies Experts were selected from nursing management, medical management, medical information management, biomedical engineering, and computer science, including: (1) 3 Critical Care Nursing Managers: Master’s degree or higher; cAssociate senior title or higher; >=10 years of critical care clinical experience and =5 years in management; Familiar with clinical alarm management and have published relevant papers in domestic/international journals. (2) 2 Critical Care Medicine Specialists: Doctoral degree or higher; Associate senior title or higher; =10 years of critical care clinical experience and =5 years in management. (3) 2 Patient Safety Experts (1 nursing safety expert and 1 medical safety expert). (4) 2 Information Engineers with >=5 Years of hospital patient safety management experience: master’s degree or higher; Intermediate title or higher; >=5 years of hospital information management experience; proficient in information platform development and clinical big data management. (5) 2 Medical Equipment Engineers: master’s degree or higher; intermediate title or higher; >=5 years of medical equipment management experience; familiar with multi-parameter monitor alarm mechanisms and clinical applications. (6) 1 Big Data Research Expert & 1 Management Expert: doctoral degree or higher; Associate senior title or higher; >=5 years of experience in AI and healthcare IoT; Secured relevant research funding and published high-impact papers. 4. Expert Consultation on Developing Intelligent Alarm Management Intervention Strategies The same expert selection criteria as in ''3'' were applied. 5. Construction and application of the intervention strategy of intelligent alarm management from the perspective of life cycle (1) Inclusion criteria of nurses: 1) regular staff of the hospital; 2) obtain the nurse practitioner qualification certificate; 3) work experience >=1 year; 4) primary nurses; 5) Informed consent and willingness to participate in the study. (2) Inclusion criteria of patient: 1) Multi-parameter monitor was used for disease monitoring; 2) Patients or their legal representatives voluntarily participated in the study with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Establishment and validation of the multi-parameter monitor critical alarm identification model in the cardiovascular surgery intensive care unit Exclusion criteria of patients: (1) monitoring time less than 4 hours; (2) lack of key timestamps or patient identifiers, or lack of more than 30% of key physiological parameters; (3) Abnormal data caused by equipment failure or human interference shall be verified by platform log. 2. Semi-structured Interview Study Not conducted due to personnel being away for further training, business trips, or other off-duty reasons. 3. Focus Group Discussions on the Development of Intelligent Alarm Management Intervention Strategies None conducted. 4. Expert Consultation on the Development of Intelligent Alarm Management Intervention Strategies None conducted. 5. Construction and application of the intervention strategy of intelligent alarm management from the perspective of life cycle Nurse exclusion criteria: (1) rotation and standardized training nurses; (2) nurses who are not on duty such as personal leave, sick leave and maternity leave; (3) general nurses, office nurses and head nurses. Patient exclusion criteria: Patient exclusion criteria: (1) monitoring time less than 4 hours; (2) lack of key timestamps or patient identifiers, or lack of more than 30% of key physiological parameters; (3) Abnormal data caused by equipment failure or human interference shall be verified by platform log.
